The Fort Dodge Area Symphony is the proud sponsor of the Youth Honors Recital for outstanding young soloists. The recital is open to vocalists and instrumentalists 8th grade and younger. The 29th Annual Youth Honors Recital for the 2014-15 concert season was held on Friday, March 27, 7:00 PM at McSweeny’s School of the Performing Arts. The recital featured voice, piano, flute and vocal ensembles. The students selected to perform were recommended by area music teachers to best represent their studios and schools.

McSweeny’s School of the Performing Arts is located at 1633 North 29th Street, Fort Dodge. Doors opened at 6:30 PM for seating. The recital was open to the public with no charge for admission.
