The Fort Dodge Area Symphony is a non-profit organization. Its performance of quality music is made possible through the generosity of individuals and businesses in the Fort Dodge area. The operating funds are needed to cover the expenses of the four concerts each season as well as give direction for future plans.
The family and adult season memberships as well as single ticket sales at the door provide only 60% of the funds needed for the operation of the Symphony. The remainder of the funds must come from tax deductible contributions above these levels. These contributions also help keep ticket prices affordable so the Fort Dodge Area Symphony concerts are accessible to all who wish to attend. Contributions should be considered as gifts which will keep quality music available to the area for years to come.
